AI & Data Use Statement
Last updated: [Date to be added at publication]
This page explains, in plain English, how ATTUNE AI and Human Execution Intelligence (HEI) handle information — and the human approval rule that governs everything they do.
The core rule
AI prepares. Humans decide. Nothing is sent, scheduled, or committed by ATTUNE AI without explicit approval from a person. This is the Human Approval Gate — the fourth step in every HEI workflow, and it is not optional or bypassable.
What information may be collected
During an active engagement, ATTUNE AI works with information a client directly provides for that engagement — for example, inbound emails, contact records, or workflow content relevant to the scope of work. On this website, we only collect what a visitor submits voluntarily through the contact form.
How client information is used
Client information is used solely to prepare drafts, summaries, and organized context for human review within the agreed scope of work — such as follow-up messages, dashboards, or meeting preparation. It is not repurposed for unrelated business or marketing use.
Is data sent to third-party AI tools?
ATTUNE AI is built using a combination of AI models and workflow tooling. Where a third-party AI provider is used to help prepare a draft, only the information necessary for that task is processed, and outputs return to the Human Approval Gate before anything is finalized. A complete list of third-party processors used in a given engagement will be documented in the client agreement.
Is client data used to train external AI models?
No. Client-provided contact, contract, or workflow data is not used to train external AI models. This is a firm boundary, not a general aspiration.
Human approval boundaries
Every HEI cycle moves through four movements: Capture → Prepare → Draft → Approve. A person reviews, edits, and approves before anything is sent, scheduled, or committed. AI-generated drafts are a starting point for human judgment, not a final action.
Retention and deletion
Engagement data is retained only for the duration needed to deliver the agreed work, plus a reasonable record-keeping period. Clients may request deletion of their data at the end of an engagement. Formal, written retention schedules are part of our near-term operational roadmap and will be documented in client agreements going forward.
Limitations of AI-generated drafts
AI-prepared drafts can be incomplete, out of date, or occasionally inaccurate ("hallucinations" in AI terminology). That is precisely why the Human Approval Gate exists — every draft is reviewed by a person who understands the context before it is used. ATTUNE AI is still in active development and validation, and is not offered as a fully autonomous, mature, general-availability platform.
How security incidents would be handled
ATTUNE is building a written incident-response process as part of its near-term operational roadmap — covering how we would identify, contain, and communicate about a data or model error, hallucination, or exposure event. Until that process is finalized and published, any concerns should be raised immediately through the contact form on the homepage, and we will respond directly.
Questions
If you have questions about how ATTUNE AI or HEI handle information for a specific engagement, please raise them during discovery — before any work begins.
