Attorney review required. This page is a founder-drafted placeholder that reflects ATTUNE's current, honest data-handling practices. It has not yet been reviewed by legal counsel and should not be treated as a final, binding legal document until that review is complete.

1. Who we are

ATTUNE is operated by Attune Collective LLC ("ATTUNE," "we," "us"). This policy explains what information we collect through this website and early client engagements, and how we use it.

2. Information we collect

Through this website, we collect only what a visitor chooses to submit — typically name, email address, company or organization, role, and the content of any message sent through our contact form. We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information (such as government ID numbers, health information, or financial account details) through this site, and we ask visitors not to include such information in form submissions.

3. How we use information

Information submitted through this site is used only to respond to inquiries, evaluate potential engagements, and — where a visitor has given consent — to follow up about ATTUNE Corporate, ATTUNE AI, or ATTUNE Career Lab. We do not sell visitor information.

4. Client data used during engagements

For active client work (such as the Operational Clarity Sprint), ATTUNE uses only the contact and workflow data a client directly provides for that engagement. Client data is not used to train external AI models. Any use of AI tools during an engagement is limited to preparing drafts, summaries, or organized information for human review — never to take action without explicit human approval.

5. Third-party tools

ATTUNE may use standard business and productivity software (for example, email, scheduling, or workflow tools) to deliver services. A specific list of third-party processors will be documented and shared with clients as part of a signed engagement agreement, and is not yet finalized for general publication.

6. Data retention and deletion

We retain contact-form submissions only as long as needed to respond to the inquiry or, if a client relationship begins, for the duration of that relationship plus a reasonable record-keeping period. Anyone may request that we delete their information by contacting us using the form on the homepage. Formal retention schedules are still being finalized.

7. Security

We take reasonable, good-faith steps to protect information submitted to us. As a small, early-stage company, ATTUNE does not yet claim formal security certifications. A written incident-response process is part of our near-term operational roadmap; see our AI and Data Use Statement for more detail.

8. Your choices

You may decline to submit information, request a copy of information you've provided, or ask us to delete it, by contacting us through the homepage contact form.

9. Changes to this policy

We will update this page as ATTUNE's practices and legal review mature. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.

10. Contact

[Contact email to be added once finalized.] In the meantime, please reach us through the contact form on the homepage.
